Return and Refund Policy

At BizElevate, we are committed to providing structured business consulting, financial planning, and retirement advisory services. Since our services involve consultations and tailored advice, refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

Service Cancellation by BizElevate: If we are unable to deliver the agreed consulting service due to unforeseen circumstances, we will issue a full refund.
Service Not Provided: If a customer has paid for a service but has not received any consultation or deliverables within the agreed timeframe, a refund request may be submitted.
Duplicate Payments: If a payment was made more than once for the same service, the excess amount will be refunded.

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

If the consulting service has already been provided in full or in part.
If the customer decides to discontinue the service after the consultation has started.
If the customer is dissatisfied with the consultation but the service was delivered as agreed.


3. Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel their scheduled consultation or service booking under the following conditions:

Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance: Customers who notify us of a cancellation at least 24 hours before the scheduled consultation may be eligible for a rescheduled appointment or a partial refund.
Late cancellations (less than 24 hours' notice): Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may not be eligible for a refund.

4. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, customers must follow these steps:

Submit a request – Contact us at [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request" and provide details of the service purchased, the reason for the refund, and any relevant documentation.
Verification process – Our team will review the request and verify the circumstances. We may require additional information.
Approval or rejection – If the refund is approved, we will notify the customer and process the refund. If denied, we will provide an explanation.
Processing time – Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7-14 business days via the original payment method.


5. Exceptions and Special Cases

Certain services may have specific refund policies outlined in agreements or contracts signed with customers. For customized consulting services, refund policies may vary depending on the level of work completed.
